Mobile UX Enhancement Dropdowns to Bottom Drawers

We currently have a 5-step wizard for attempt logging, a comprehensive filter panel with over 10 filters, and several configuration selectors. On desktop, dropdown menus work perfectly. On mobile devices, standard dropdowns or absolute-positioned select menus feel cramped, are hard to tap accurately, and often get cut off by the viewport or software keyboard.

we are considering to make all major dropdown/select interactions to be automatically morph into smooth, bottom-anchored sheets (drawers) when viewed on mobile screens.
